As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic to our website and encouraging subscriptions through various digital channels. Your experience in managing paid advertising campaigns will be critical in enhancing our online reach and achieving our overall business targets.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to our brand goals and audience needs.
Utilize the allocated budget effectively to manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, as well as Google Ads, aimed at attracting visitors to our website and increasing subscription rates
Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximize return on investment (ROI) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Track and report on campaign spending and ROI.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain alignment on initiatives and messaging.
Stay updated on performance marketing best practices and emerging trends to continually refine our advertising strategies.
Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
Expertise in data analysis and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
